What a difference a month makes............................8th November - "Hi Paul - Just to let you know our Senior Engineer said Ethan and Charlie were great, and told us to only use them for our fibre works as they were very helpful and knew their stuff!"18th December after chasing my primary contact for an update on the overdue payment - "Hi Paul, no unfortunately couldn't do anything" This is the second piece of work we have done for this client and the second time we are having to engage a debt recovery agent.The size of the debt isn't significant, the principle however is hard to swallow after they came cap in hand to us after being let down by another contractor, accepting that they had treated us badly the first time and promising that all invoices would be settled in a timely manner.Lessons learnt - there wont be a third time.
